Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup penne or fettuccine pasta, cooked
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
