Succulent Steak and Lobster

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
  • 2 whole lobsters (1 to 1.5 lbs each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Grill:
  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  1. Season the Steaks and Lobsters:
  • Brush the steaks and lobsters with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  1. Grill the Steaks:
  • Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the time for your desired doneness.
  1. Prepare the Lobsters:
  • Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the stomach and vein. Place them shell side down on the grill.
  • Grill the lobsters for about 5-8 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.
  1. Make the Garlic Parsley Butter:
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  1. Serve:
  • Serve the grilled steak and lobster with garlic parsley butter drizzled on top and lemon wedges on the side.
