Ingredients:
For the steak:
- 2 beef steaks (e.g., ribeye or filet)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the garlic cream sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the steaks: Take the steaks out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and season with salt and pepper.
