Ingredients:
- 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
- 2 whole lobsters (1 to 1.5 lbs each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the Steaks and Lobsters:
- Brush the steaks and lobsters with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the Steaks:
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the time for your desired doneness.
- Prepare the Lobsters:
- Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and remove the stomach and vein. Place them shell side down on the grill.
- Grill the lobsters for about 5-8 minutes, until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.
- Make the Garlic Parsley Butter:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Serve:
- Serve the grilled steak and lobster with garlic parsley butter drizzled on top and lemon wedges on the side.
